The Beta Cell Bash was founded in 2004 by Michael Schwab, Greg and Tracie Mrakich. Both Greg and Michael are musicians with Type 1 Diabetes. Their goal was (and continues to be) to raise awareness and money through music and art to improve the lives of those affected with Type 1 Diabetes.
The Beta Cell Bash, a night of art, music and fundraising to benefit the Indiana chapter of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) will take place on Saturday evening, March 7th
The event kicks off at 6 p.m. at the New Day Meadery Gallery with an art show/silent art auction and moves across the street to Radio Radio where 14 bands will take the stage starting at 8 p.m. and continuing throughout the night
